Depending on availability, purchases may be made through Harraca-USA.com

On-line purchases from this section of the website may be made by residents of the U.S, Canada and all other countries worldwide.

Pricing

Harraca products available for purchase on-line are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. Each client may make on-line purchases of up to four items per style. If a client would like to purchase additional quantities, a Harraca sales assistant will be pleased to assist you via e-mail at assistance@harraca-usa.com

Sales Tax

Taxes will be determined based on the delivery address, as required by applicable laws.

For orders shipping to countries other than the US and Canada, duties and taxes, if imposed on your order, are due at time of delivery by the recipient (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Harraca USA). Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes of your country.

Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

Payment Options

While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Prices displayed on the Harraca USA website are quoted in U.S. dollars only.

Harraca accepts the following forms of payment for on-line purchases:

  • PayPal

The transaction will be charged to your credit card or debit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirm stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.

Shipping Time and Rates

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Harraca USA does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes. Harraca USA is able to accept P.O. Box addresses for your billing needs.

For online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and Canada, we send all merchandise using either UPS Insured, DHL, USPS or La Poste France (for all three methods, a tracking number is provided). For each address within the United States and Canada, the following charges apply:

Domestic Shipping (United States only):

  • UPS or La Poste - Standard $15.00
    (5 - 7 business days average)
  • UPS or La Poste - Express $25.00
    (2 - 3 business days)
  • UPS or La Poste - Overnight $65.00
    (next business day)

Shipping to Canada:

  • USPS or La Poste - Standard International $15.00
    (5 - 7 business days average)
  • DHL, USPS or La Poste - International Priority $80.00
    (2 - 3 business days average)

For online orders to shipping addresses to all countries outside of the U.S and Canada, we send all merchandise using either DHL, the US post office or La Poste France (for all three methods, a tracking number is provided.) The following charges apply:


International Shipping (All countries outside of the U.S and Canada):

  • USPS or La Poste - Standard International $15.00
    (5 - 7 business days average)
  • DHL, USPS or La Poste - International Priority $80.00
    (2 - 3 business days average)

 

Important Information

The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.

If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we will contact you via email and/or the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.

UPS, DHL and La Poste deliveries are NOT available to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Shipping Definitions

Package Insured - If the package is damaged or lost during shipment the customer will not be liable. The merchandise will be re-shipped free of charge or the customer will be credited for the value of the goods pending investigation.

UPS, DHL, USPS or La Poste Tracking Number - the carriers assign tracking numbers at the time of shipment, but packages cannot be tracked through their respective websites until 6pm EST on the day they are picked up from our facility. The tracking number will give you information including the time and date of every location your package passes through.

Business Day - our carriers have a 5 day work week (Mon - Fri) and packages will only be delivered on these days.
