Will the item I ordered on Harraca-USA.com be identical to the one pictured on the website?
Yes and no. The item you purchase will be almost identical to the one shown in the picture but it will not be exactly like it in every detail. Remember, each piece of Harraca jewelry is hand-made in France by highly trained craftsmen. Therefore, no two items are exactly alike and there may be slight variations. These variations will be almost invisible to the naked eye. We do believe that this uniqueness constitutes the true beauty and value of each of our pieces.

Can I subscribe to your newsletter?
Yes. You can sign up for our Newsletter through our website. Enter your Email Address in the Newsletter Sign Up panel (found in the footer on every page of the site) and click on the button Submit. You will be signed up for our Newsletter and a confirmation screen will be displayed to you. Also you will receive a sign up confirmation email for our Newsletter.

How can I refer your products to my friends?
To Refer our products to your friends, you need to click 'Email to Friend' link available on Product Detail page. On clicking this link, another page will appear where you can fill in your Name, Email Address, your Friends Email Address along with email Subject and your optional Message. After entering all the required information, click on the 'Email' button and a confirmation page will appear. Your friend will receive an email, containing your message and product's link, inviting him to see a product of his interest. You will also get a confirmation email for your reference.

Our website provides various means of instant communication to our customers. You can click 'CONTACT US' link available at the bottom of our website and Contact Us page will appear. The Contact Us page provides a simple form to you for sending us your comments & feedback. Simply enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Subject along with your Message and click the 'Submit' button. Your Message will be emailed to us and you will also receive a confirmation email for the same. You will receive a reply within 1-2 business days.

I am interested in buying an item but it is marked out of stock. Is it possible to still get it?
Yes. Most of the items that are marked out of stock have been temporarily sold out but are in the process of being ordered to replenish our inventory. As a general rule, delivery is one month. You may check with us in a month's time or if you would like to expedite your wish, please let us know which item caught your eye and we could possibly shorten the delivery date for it. We know the value of instant gratification especially when it comes to Harraca jewelry!

Is Harraca jewelry heavy to wear?
Not at all. On the contrary, every piece that we make is extremely light weight and very comfortable to wear. The fact that the material is so light allows us to make unusually large shapes and sizes that remain easy to wear.

How is the jewelry created / fabricated?
Each piece is fashioned through a sequence of precise operations:
- Cutting of the transparent, glass-like acrylic (PMMA).
- Hand sculpting to create volume and movement.
- Application of 4 to 6 layers of lacquer, at 24 hr intervals to give depth and transparency to the colors.
- Cleaning through the use of files to precisely define the boundaries of colors.
- Polishing to give a shiny finish.
- Precision insetting of the crystals which add sparkle and put the finishing touch on each piece of jewelry.Each of these operations is done entirely by hand.
The result is a piece of jewelry that exudes the unique personality of the hands that created it.

Is a chain included with pendants?
No. Chains shown in pictures of pendants are just there to hold the pendants in a hanging position and are not included with the purchase of the pendants. However the chains are each sold individually on our website. This allows for the greatest flexibility in mixing the various components or in using a chain that you already own. With pendants, you really should collect chains. Having an omega, a slightly longer chain, and a really longer chain will allow you to place the pendant at the right spot for any given outfit. Open necklines with pendants on omegas just POP! Longer chains allow you to wear pendants over turtlenecks. Putting your pendant over a string of beads will change up the look again. Experiment and play to find the right combinations for your wardrobe.

Is it possible to order earrings for non-pierced ears?
Yes. Please contact us through our form located at the bottom of each page of our site, and we will gladly customize your order to accommodate your need. In your message, please be as descriptive as your can, for example make sure to let us know the name and color of the earrings in question. The price will be identical to the pierced-ear version. However, for such customized orders, Harraca USA would require 30 days after receipt of order to deliver your item. Remember, each piece is hand-made in France and must be sent to us from France. Based on the pictures provided, the hoop earrings have slightly tilted posts. Is that correct?
Yes, all hoop earrings have posts (right and left earring), they are slighly angled inward in order to keep the earrings closer to the face.
Jewelry Care

I bought a ring on Harraca-USA.com, and it broke. Can I have it replaced or repaired?
Breakage can be caused either by a strong blow or contact with any alcohol based product such as perfume or hair spray. As a general rule, we feel confident that none of our items can be easily broken and that the material we use should enable them to last a life time. As such, we assume that any damaged item was probably mishandled and therefore, we will not replace it. However, if the item was bought within 30 days of the date of delivery and we estimate that it can be fixed (for example a missing crystal), your item will be sent to our workshops in France and repaired. The item in question must be accompanied by the original sales and shipping slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been purposely altered or broken. The repair will be processed within 14-21 business days of receipt as it must be sent to France and all work is done by hand. All shipping charges for any repaired item(s) are the customer's responsibility. For more information on our repair policy, please fill out our contact form and we will reply within 24 hours.

How must I care for Harraca jewelry?
Like any piece of jewelry, you should treat it with the greatest care. Clean it on occasion with only water and store it in the poach in which it came. Avoid any cleaning products that contain alcohol which may cause the material to weaken and possibly break over time. We strongly stand behind the strength of the materials we use. Our jewelry should last a life time. A gentle drop will not damage it. A heavy blow may cause the item to break. In such cases, we consider that we are not responsible, and will not replace or repair the item.

Can I change or cancel an order on Harraca-USA.com?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please fill out our Contact form or send an email as soon as possible to assistance@harraca-usa.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase will be considered final and will fall under our exchange and return policies.

I recently bought a bracelet on Harraca-USA.com that is too small for me. Can I exchange it for an identical one that is a size larger?
For online purchases from Harraca-USA.com, we will exchange any item provided it is returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Exceptionally, during holiday periods in which Harraca USA is offering a Holiday Special, any item purchased from Harraca-USA.com can be exchanged and returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item in question must be in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales and shipping slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged. Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Shipping charges for any exchanged item(s) are the customer's responsibility. What is a Wish List?

No more searching for a piece of jewelry you need each month, just select those items from your Wish List and checkout. To create or modify your Wish List, you will need to either sign in or register as a new user. To add items to your list, just search for the item you want and click "Wish List" on the item's detail page. This will automatically add your wished item to your list. To modify your list, just sign in and click the "My Wish List" link to manage your Wish List. You can remove items by clicking "Remove" from Wish List.
