We Accept International Orders

Harraca sells its products to all countries around the world.

Pricing, Exchange Rates and International Payment Options

For all international customers, prices displayed on the Harraca USA website are quoted in U.S. dollars only. In addition, payment cannot be completed in the currency of your country; it can only be done in U.S dollars. Therefore, foreign exchange rates are determined by your foreign credit card company and/or PayPal once the on-line transaction is completed.

Harraca accepts the following forms of payment for on-line purchases:

• Mastercard
• Discover
• American express
• PayPal

The transaction will be charged to your foreign credit card or debit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirm stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient, these fees will be due at the time of delivery. Harraca is not responsible for customs and duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office.

International Shipping Time and Rates

For online orders to shipping addresses to all countries outside of the U.S and Canada, we send all merchandise using either DHL, the US post office or La Poste France (for all three methods, a tracking number is provided.) The following charges apply:

International Shipping (All countries outside of the U.S and Canada):

• USPS or La Poste - Standard International $15.00
  (5 - 7 business days average)
• DHL, USPS or La Poste - International Priority $80.00
  (2 - 3 business days average)

Returns and Exchanges

Similar to domestic order, we offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. We will exchange any item provided it is returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Exceptionally, during holiday periods in which Harraca USA is offering a Holiday Special, any item purchased from Harraca-USA.com can be exchanged and returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The item in question must be in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales and shipping slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged.

Also, if the new item exceeds the price of the item being exchanged, you must pay the difference. By the same token, if the new item is less than the original one chosen, the difference will not be refunded but we will give you a credit which can be applied to any future purchase.

Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Shipping charges for any exchanged item(s) are the customer's responsibility. For more information on our exchange policy, please fill out our Contact Us form and we will reply within 24 hours.
